Re-opened in November 2013, Hotel Spencer offers the perfect place in dining – great food, a huge selection of fine wines and craft beers, stellar service and a warm and hospitable atmosphere. Hotel Spencer is a regular mealtime destination for locals, as well as being a firm family favourite. Our menu caters for everyone, with a range of starters, burgers, steaks and bistro classics on offer.
All our signature dishes are made on site from scratch, and gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options are always available. We pay special attention to cross-contamination as far as Coeliacs are concerned, and so even our deep fried goods are safe - come in and give us a go!

Our kitchen is open straight through from Midday til the end of dinner service, Wednesday to Saturday. There is ample street parking on Rosslyn Street, and it's a short walk into the city.

At the Hotel Spencer, we can comfortably host up to 150 guests and can design a package specifically tailored to your requirements. We can accomodate anything from work functions, to intimate family gatherings in our cosy dining room. We can trade until 1am, any night of the week.
